A truly fabulous evening at the Officer’s Mess, during which we farewelled Past President Colin Cannon and welcomed Graham Rowe as our new President. Fine food, wine and beer and a great band to dance to. Yes, folks, Cannon Ball Express was given a lovely send-off and he received a standing ovation for all of his hard work and organisation throughout the Rotary Year. Colin thanked his team of Directors and Helpers and Roy Dykes was awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship for the Fine Homes Tour of Devonport. Graham Rowe then took over as President for another Rotary Year.
