Thanks to John Waugh, Chair of the Devonport Business Association, and Judy Grieve, Manager of the Devonport BID (Business Improvement District) for their presentation on what they seek to achieve for Devonport through the BID. The BID, approved in 2014, is a 5 year partnership with the Auckland City Council to support the economic development of the Devonport CBD. Both John and Judy provided examples of how they see Devonport can attract more visitors and locals accessing local businesses.
