Chris is a professional engineer with hydro-electric construction, building services and transport systems experience in NZ, UK and Australia. Chris gave a very interesting talk on the Project. It is well under way, with Property purchases and site works all consented, and tunneling to begin shortly. Chris also showed slides of what all the new Stations will look like, starting and finishing at the Britomart transport hub.Chris was previously involved in the Sydney rail project, and brings that expertise to the Auckland project. Chris has been a resident of Devonport and a member of Devonport Rotary.
